Whats beauty? Perception of beauty differ frm one being to another.. Some ppl are so deceived by the exterior that they do not forsee the evil.. The destitute sees beauty more often that those that are well of.. Hmm.. But they lack good judgement of how they act upon it as experience have taught most of us.. The "rich" type.. Security of our country taken for granted by most..

To tell you the truth.. I dunno if what I just wrote make any sense at all! Haha..

National day just passed.. The parade was well done but not as great as the previous years.. There were no tanks thiss yr to my utter disappointment.. Hmm.. I love seeing those massive vehicle drive by.. Its such a great view.. I remember a few years back.. There were anbundant army vehicle on show and they even drove by public roads so that civilians can have a closer look.. It was great.. My kuzzins and me were running to Bedok Stadium to watch them.. Hmm..

But the fireworks display this yr were much better.. My pity to those ppl that went to the Esplanade to watch the display and were left with confusion that you cant see the display frm Esplanade.. May be due to the fact that the fireworks this yr were done with short range displays..

Btw.. Did anybody manage to catch the Fireworks Festival? It was amazing.. I missed the first two display.. But thankfully manage to catch yesterday's display.. It was facinating.. Alot of spectators were saying "Aww" and "Ouuuu".. The one and half hour wait was worthwhile after all..

However.. What still puzzled me is why Singaporeans must be so 'KIASU'.. The display was up in the sky.. You do not need to stand up to have a better view..! But thats what the people did.. Hmm.. Totally bogus.. Guess what Mr.Lim, my General Paper tutor, said was kind of true.. Why must Singaporean take the lift when they live on the second floor? Have you ever wondered.. My friend debated that we pay tax for it so therfore entitled to use it.. But did you know that the purpose of having lifts servicing on all the floors of our HDB flats is for our older generation use.. Singapore being an aging population and what not.. The more security and accomodation the government gives to the people, the more lazier we get..

Im going to school now with glasses.. Yes.. Im back to the years before I met Nian Ci, the girl who introduce me to contact lenses.. Nerdy bespectacles boy is my name.. Actaully I bought the specs for NS.. So I chose one that is more sporty.. But carelessness bestowed upon me as I forgot to real the manual and realize that in the army only black coloured rim spectacles were allowed.. Hmm.. Now Im stucked with a huge sporty/nerdy specs.. Well Whatever..
