Sick Dad

Hey peeps.. Been gg backa nd forth frm the hospital these past few days.. My dad sick..

It all started on the morning of tuesday.. I was slping and was shock to be awaken by my sister shouting voice.. Woke up and went to my dad's room.. He was in the toilet vommiting huge volumes of blood, some in liquid form and some in solid form.. It was really bad.. The whole toilet was full of blood.. He vomitted twice and by tjhat time I had called 995.. Shld have called 993 as my father still could walk.. But the 995 ambulance was as slow as the 993 nye.. So nvm..

On the way to the hospital, the medic said that my dad might be suffering frm stomach ulcer.. So I tot it was ok.. Had my mind on internal bleeding.. So was kinda releived it was not.. I waited for my mother and sister to come.. The doctor said that they will only know whats wrong with my father after he went for scope.. So while he went for scope.. We went home to freshen up.. By abt 3 in the evening, the doctor called and told us that my dad was transfered to the icu and that the doc wanted to talk to one of my fam members but at that time my sis was the one nearest to the hospital so we lent the doc talk to her.. When we reach the hospital, the doctor told us that my dad was suffering frm liver faliure..

The liver had harden and was preventing the blood frm flowing frm the gullet to the liver.. Thus the blood flow back to the gullet and itthe blood capillaries there burst.. Which had cause my dad to bleed terribly.. It was pretty serious at that time as the doc said that unless my dad stop bleeding.. He would need to undergo a surgery to stop the bleeding and the chances of surviving the surgery would be very slim.. Means it would be fatal if he would go for surgery.. My sis cried when she heard that.. Hmm.. I was pretty scared myself.. But got to be strong for my mom and sis..

During the icu stay.. They inserted a baloon into my dad gullet to stop the bleeding but now hes ok.. The baloon is out since he has stop bleeding and hes warded in a normal ward now.. He will soon be out in afew days time if he doesnt bleed anymore.. Im thnkfull to god for giving my dad a second chance.. Hmm.. But my dad still has to go for regular check up and has to be on medication sicne this case could happen again.. It wold also mean that he wld be losing his job at PSA as it was really demanding and he has to find another job that would be much more easier.. Hmm.. This means that I hav to cut down on my spendings and the hospital bills for the icu only is a bomb!.. Haha..

Hmm.. Sorry to all the hockey members becoz I didnt come for training last wk.. I willl come this wk since my dad is ok already.. Thnks to Syazaa for being supporting and being with me all this time and not being cranky all wk.. Hehe.. Thnks to all my frens who showed their concern.. Appreciate it..

Hmm.. Think I better go off.. Been too long With this comp.. Took me an hour to type this out you know.. Stupid blogger.. Always hang on me.. Huh..
